Our Services

Our staff will be in charge of conducting an initial assessment in order to develop a personalized care plan. Such plan will be based on goals and objectives for each resident. We also provide the following services and professionals to serve our population:

NUTRITION

Our certified menu consists of 3 daily meals and 3 daily snacks. Our dietary services meet each resident’s needs and their health conditions are taken into consideration.

NURSING

Health, medical, and initial and quarterly fall risk assessments to determine needs.
 

PERSONAL CARE

Meal planning, grooming and personal hygiene assistance, clothing, oral hygiene, mobility, walking assistance, positioning for bedridden residents, among others.

RECREATIONAL

Activity planning
 

VISION

Eye exams every 6 months and glasses (if necessary).

COUNSELING

Psychologist, psychiatrist, physician and social worker for residents and their families

DENTAL

Dentist visit every 6 months

PODIATRY

Periodic podiatrist visits

THERAPEUTIC

Physical, occupational and speech therapy.

 



All services are provided under the supervision of a physician or duly licensed person in his/her field, and may require authorization from the health insurance company.
